Licensing FAQ

SkinSoft products are licensed on a per developer basis. This means that each developer requires a single license for each Product. Licenses are not per-machine and therefore you do not need an additional license for a say a laptop or build machine.

What is a developer license?

A single developer license grants a developer the right to use the purchased product in production applications and to include any files marked as redistributable with their applications.

How many licenses do I need ?

You  need a developer license for each software developer that installs and uses any single product. 

Do you charge any royalties for your products?

There are no run-time royalties charged for our products. Applications developed using our products can be distributed freely.

What about upgrades ?

Our products come with a no fuss 12 months of free major and minor updates and 12 months of technical support.
